Shiseido x LISA Giveaway

Contest Period: Shiseido x LISA Giveaway (“Contest”) is sponsored and administered by Shiseido (Canada) Inc. (“Sponsor”) and will commence 8/13/2026 at 12:00 AM Eastern Time and end 9/13/2026 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time ("Contest Period"). These Official Rules & Regulations ("Rules") govern your participation in the Contest, and by participating in the Contest you consent to abide by these Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final.

All entries must be submitted online no later than 9/13/2026 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time, THE CONTEST CLOSING DATE. Participation is limited to one (1) entry per person, during the contest period. Web site tracking determines date and time of entry. If it is discovered that you attempted to enter more than once, all your entries will be void. No purchase or payment necessary to enter or win. Purchase will not improve an entrant's chance of winning.

Eligibility: The Contest is open to all legal residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority in their province/territory of residence at the time of participation and submitted a complete and valid entry form, except for directors, officers, employees and contractors (and those with whom they are domiciled, and their immediate families, which includes spouse, sibling, parent and child) of the Sponsor, its agents or representatives, their agents or representatives, or any distributor or company involved in any phase of Contest administration.

Prizes: There will be sixty (60) prizes to be won during the Contest Period across Canada. 10 Grand Prizes consists of one (1) Ultimune Power Infusing Serum 50ml, one (1) Ultimune Power Infusing Oil, one (1) signed Lisa x Ultimune Pouch, and one (1) signed Lisa x Ultimune keychain. Sixty prizes consist of one (1) Ultimune Power Infusing Serum 50ml. Sponsor will adhere to the following process for drawing a winner. Prizes must be accepted as awarded, may not be sold, exchanged, returned or redeemed for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of at least equal value for any reason. No more than the stated number or value of prizes will be awarded. In the event that printing, digital or programming failures, or other reasons or any errors in the administration of the Contest cause more than the stated number or value of prizes to be offered and/or claimed, Sponsor reserves the right to award the actual number of available prizes by a random drawing among all legitimate eligible prize claimants.

The approximate retail value of the/each Grand Prize is $253 CDN. The approximate retail value of the/each runner-up prize is $155 CDN.

The Sponsor reserves the right at any time to substitute the Grand Prize(s) (or component thereof) for any reason, so long as a Grand Prize(s) (or component) of comparable value is substituted.

Winner Selection: On September 14th, 2026 entrant will be selected in a random drawing at 12:00 p.m. EST in [Toronto, Ontario] from among all eligible entries received online. In order to be declared a winner, the selected entrant must have complied with the Official Rules and must correctly answer a time-limited mathematical, skill-testing question to be administered by mail, telephone or online without assistance of any kind. The odds of winning depend upon the number of entries received. The selected entrant will be notified by mail, electronic mail or by telephone, within two (2) days of the draw date. If a selected entrant cannot be contacted within seven (7) days of selection, if there is a return of any prize notification as undeliverable, or if the selected entrant fails to comply with any of the foregoing, that selected entrant will be disqualified and an alternate entrant will be selected from among the remaining eligible entries.

By accepting a/the prize, the winner(s) consent(s) to the use of his/her name, address (city and Province), voice, statements and or photograph, without further compensation or authorization, to be used for promotional purposes by the Sponsor or any related entities thereto in connection with this Contest. All information obtained from non-winning ballots will be used only to administer this Contest and for no other purpose. This Contest is subject to all relevant Canadian laws.

Privacy: Entrants’ personal information will be collected, used and disclosed by Sponsor and its authorized agents for the purposes of Contest administration and prize fulfillment, in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy, available at https://www.shiseido.ca/privacy.html. By entering the Contest you consent to such collection, use and disclosure by Sponsor.

This Contest is governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, including procedural provisions, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions. It is subject to applicable federal, provincial, territorial and municipal laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the English language version and the French language version of the Contest Rules outside Quebec, the English version shall prevail, govern and control.
