Order Status

Most Shiseido.ca orders take 1-2 business days for processing. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the following Monday.

In order to check the status of your order or to track your order shipment, please go to My Account and log in with your user name and password. Or simply check your order by visiting our Check Your Order page.

Please note that Canada Post may not have tracking information available for up to 12 business hours after the order has shipped.
